New Topic
I decided to change my topic from being a English major to what I like to write. I will try and posts some poems I've written as well as poems from my favorite poets. I thought I would use poems from other authors because I'm not ready for everyone to see my poetry yet. Also you'll have a sense of the type of poems I enjoy reading.

I think this makes a lot of sense. I encourage you to put the poetry right into the post, identify the author, and then comment on what you like about the poem. If the poet has a website, good blogging style suggests that you might also link to the poet's site.
Since I am also an english major I also enjor creative writing and poetry. I once had a few of my poems in high school to be part of a poetry book thing. Its a good way of expressing yourself, it would be cool to see your work
I would want to read some of your poems though, but whatever you post I will be interested to read too.
